\xe2\x80\xa2 Screening phone call, enquirers and request \xe2\x80\xa2 Dealing with incoming correspondence and corresponding on behalf of reporting officer \xe2\x80\xa2 Organizing, maintaining office system, including data management and filing \xe2\x80\xa2 Devising and maintaining office system including data management and filing \xe2\x80\xa2 Drafting and producing correspondence, briefing papers, reports and presentations Job requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Secretarial \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess at least 3 years of working experience as a Secretary/ Personal Assistant \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional written and oral communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent computer skills (MS Office) \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multitask and meet deadlines
