About the Personal Assistant Role:
In this role, the company is looking for a highly driven Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant practitioner with vast experience in managing stakeholders. The role falls under their HR pillar with direct reporting to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage work and personal errands for the MD
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external parties
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, reports
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this Personal Assistant role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively to ensure timely deliverable and ability to manage various stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years\' similar expertise with a secretarial portfolio
• Presentable, engaging, and a positive personality to project a good image of the company
• Good command of English and vibrant interpersonal skills
• Good team work, strong EQ, resourceful and able to think outside of the box
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask
