Kelayakan

  • At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidates with HR experience are an added advantage.
  • Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office (Word/Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial/ Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Confident working alongside at all levels with both clients and internal parties.
  • Self-initiated with minimal supervision and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able exercise good judgement in facilitating client meetings, monitoring reports and providing administrative support.
  • Able to work independently, responsibly, team player.
  • Problem solver & Decision maker.
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database General Admin work.
  • Personal Assistant - To attend to all personal assistant matters including administrative and research support duties in confidential manner.
  • Monitor deliverable and making sure all HOD provide an update timely to the Directors
