Job Description


  • A law degree with at least two years of relevant experience in the legal field is preferred.
  • Candidates graduated from National University (UM, UKM, UPM etc) are preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of working under pressure and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with high-level skills in official correspondence writing and public speaking.
  • Proficiency in Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented spirit.
  • Minimum Education: Degree
Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO\'s daily schedule, including organizing meetings, planning itineraries, booking hotels and flights, and making restaurant reservations.
  • Handle personal and professional calls, emails, and other forms of immediate communication for the CEO.
  • Assist in managing documents and organizing the office, including preparing and organizing business reports and presentations.
  • Manage and operate the CEO\'s social media accounts and photograph official events.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Occasionally travel domestically and internationally, as required.
