Job Scopes:
  • Reporting to the COO
  • Attend to all aspects of PA and corporate work
  • Draft and manage correspondences, email, and memos
  • Schedule and organize appointments for VIPs/visitors
  • Circulate agenda, schedule meetings, and take minutes
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive documents
  • Determine job of top priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines
  • Willing to multitask & take on more job responsibilities when need arises
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma in HR/Admin with 1 year work experience in related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office & typing skills
  • Good command of English & BM language, both written & spoken is required for this role especially English language
  • Excellent communication skill & a great team player
  • Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and solutions-oriented work approach
  • Self-disciplined, punctual & able to work independently
  • Has a confident, calm, collected, and matured personality
  • Strong management skills with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Having no problem in taking instructions at any time & flexible to work on weekends/PH
  • Fast worker, NON-smoker, trustworthy & honest
  • Possesses a driving license & transport & willing to travel out of office for errands & meetings
Requirements
  • Minimum education level: Vocational
  • 1 year of experience
