Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive personal assistant, day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to Director- Maintain Director\'s office systems, including data management to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.- Handling all aspects of CEO\'s travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation and preparing travel itineraries.- Maintain strict confidentiality in matters related to the director and Company at all times.- Managing and organizing documents, files, and other information relevant to CEO\'s work.Benefits
