We are looking for a responsible, attentive and good communicator. The main responsibility of this position is to provide daily life support for individuals or families, help with daily affairs and ensure the smooth running of daily activities. If you are a person who is good at scheduling, problem solving, and can handle multi-tasking, we look forward to your joining.Education and experience requirements:

• Female. Age between 25 to 35 years old
• Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay
• Neat and tidy appearance
• SPM Level or above
• More than 1 year of relevant work experience (such as life assistant, administrative assistant or similar role) is preferred
• Those with no experience but showing strong sense of responsibility, diligence and learning ability will also be considered
• Must be able to start work immediately
• Possess own transportation

ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily life matters, such as purchasing for daily necessities, running errands, making restaurant reservations, etc.
• Manage schedules and ensure all personal or family activities are carried out on time
• Assist with financial matters such as daily expenses and bill payments
• Make appointments and coordinate with professional service providers such as doctors and repairment
• Handle emergencies and other temporary tasks
• Assist with travel arrangements, including ticket bookings, accommodation reservations, etc.

Benefits

• Monthly salary can up to RM8,000 (depending on experience)
