Responsibilities
Supporting the management team
Providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
Translation: Act as a bridge between our team and our Chinese counterparts by providing translation services during meetings and written communication.
Communication with China Team Members: Maintain effective communication with our team members in China, ensuring that information is accurately conveyed.
Research: Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking and invoice management.
Other Tasks: Handle any additional tasks and projects assigned by management, includes preparing reports, organizing events, or coordinating travel arrangements.
Document Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of important documents to relevant parties.
Driving Skill: Utilize your driving skills when required for errands or transportation needs.
Schedule Arrangement and Update: Coordinate and manage schedules, ensuring timely updates and adjustments.
