  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Agile and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in the insurance or IT industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to work overtime if required.
TanggungjawabKey Responsibilities:
  • Project Assistance:
-Conduct research, compile data, and provide administrative support for various C-Suite projects.-Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Meeting Support:
-Assist in meeting preparations, including venue booking, agenda creation, document distribution, and setup.-Record minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Calendar Management:
-Manage schedules, organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.-Coordinate and prioritize commitments, ensuring timely attendance and preparedness.
  • Communication:
-Act as the primary liaison between the C-Suite and internal/external stakeholders.-Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
-Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.-Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Travel Coordination:
-Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, visa processing, accommodation, transportation, and expense management.-Serve as backup travel coordinator for the HR and Admin department.
  • Expense Management:
-Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.-Liaise with Finance and HR for claims and payments.
