Requirements
  • SPM/Diploma holder/relevant professional certification
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
  • Language: Bahasa English, Bahasa, Mandarin
  • Skill: Microsoft (Excel, Word, PPT, Numbers)
  • Good working attitude, positive mindset & Multitasking
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
Responsibilities
  • Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and events on behalf of Manager.Includes coordinating with clients, scheduling conference rooms, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records. Managing databases, updating contact lists, and ensuring all information is properly filed and easily accessible.
