Job Description


Job Responsibility Schedule And Meeting Management Maintaining the GM\'s calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling and minimize conflicts. Preparing meeting agendas and materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Anticipating the GM\'s needs and proactively scheduling time for important tasks and priorities. Communication And Correspondence Acting as the first point of contact for the GM, screening calls, emails, and visitors. Handling phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently, filtering out unimportant messages and forwarding relevant ones to the GM. Drafting and composing correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports. Proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Administrative And Travel Support Managing expense reports and petty cash. Booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals. Arranging visas and other travel documents as needed. Handling office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace. Project And Research Support Conducting research and gathering information on assigned topics. Preparing presentations and reports for the GM. Managing small projects and tasks as assigned. Following up on deadlines and keeping the GM informed of project progress. General Support And Discretion Anticipating the GM\'s needs and proactively taking care of tasks and errands. Always maintaining a confidential and professional demeanour at all times. Exercising discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information. Maintaining a positive and supportive attitude, contributing to a productive work environment. Additional Duties May Include Managing social media accounts and online presence. Organizing events and conferences. Handling personal errands and appointments for the GM. Staying up to date on industry trends and news relevant to the GM\'s work. Job Requirements We are currently hiring on behalf of Max World Group Job type: Full time Schedule: On-call Expected start date: Immediately available Probationary period: 3 to 6 months Our Criteria/requirements Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Able to have excellent time management skills and manage within deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt from situations. Reliable transportation is required to commute to work. Presentable, positive, and good personality. Software Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and any task management tool. Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Microsoft OneNote is an added advantage. Education/certification Fresh graduate of any diploma/degree of any field. Certification in business administration/management or human resource management is an added advantage. Job Benifits Career Progression Initial monthly pay of RM2500 without any allowances. Upon confirmation, monthly salary plus allowance will be increased to RM5000. 15% yearly increment of salary subject to KPI.
