Job Description


1. Calendar Management: Maintain the CEO\'s schedule, including planning and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 2. Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. 3. Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential company records, reports, and documents. 4. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings with the CEO, and take accurate meeting minutes. Follow up on action items and commitments made during meetings. 5. Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips. 6. Prioritization: Identify and manage the CEO\'s priorities and help ensure that important tasks and deadlines are met. 7. Gatekeeping: Act as the gatekeeper for the CEO, screening and redirecting inquiries and requests as needed. 8. Project Support: Assist the CEO in managing various projects, including research, data analysis, and presentations. 9. Client and Stakeholder Relations: Interact with internal and external parties, including clients, partners, and board members, on behalf of the CEO. 10. Financial Support: Assist with expense reports, budget tracking, and financial records. 11. Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic discussions and provide administrative support in the execution of corporate strategies. 12. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Requirements : 1. Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant to senior management.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
7. Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
9. Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,100.00 per month Benefits:
