Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



1) Manage Daily Schedules, Meetings, minutes and Calendar Coordination

2) Handle all correspondence including emails, calls and messages.

3) Organize travel arrangement and detail itineraries

4) Prepare, format and edit documents reports, presentations, memos, email and meeting documents

5) Assists with personal tasks (appointments, errands and booking)

6) Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

7) Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items.

8) Assist with HR documentation and staff claims.

9) Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever require.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in business Admin/Human Resource/Secretary or related field Fresh Graduates or 1 year of experience welcome Good in verbal and written communication Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast placed environment Trustworthy, professional and able to handle sensitive information discreetly High Level of discretion and confidentiality Knowledgeable in MS Office (word, excel, power point) and scheduling tools knowledge Good time management and multitasking skills Mandarin Speaker Proficient in English and able to communicate Bahasa Malaysia
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
