- Provide secretarial and personal assistant support to the GM in the organization - To perform secretarial and administrative tasks such as taking meeting minutes and safe keeping of important documents, attending to correspondences, tracking and arranging of documents for signature - To manage appointments, meeting schedules/diary - To undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required. - To comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s quality and environmental management system at all times *Requirement* - SPM and above - Able to work independently with a positive character and willing to take up new challenges - Multi- language will be an advantage - Computer literate - Minimum 1-2 years of experience are encouraged Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
