Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, /Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial or any related field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Reports to PA of CEO and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
Be the liaison and coordinate meeting, enquiry, and messages between Head of Department and senior management.
Assist in managing the CEO daily activities such as scheduling, assess priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary and sending reminders.
Prepare, compile, and document all reports as directed.
Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and positive manner.
Perform any ad hoc as given by the management.
