Job Description


-Personal Assistant (PA) to CEO Job Role:

  • Work closely with internal departments to follow-up with their progress, achieve greater operational efficiency, and to facilities effective communication
  • Manage MD\xe2\x80\x99s personal and professional schedule and make arrangements for appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel
  • Carry out the role as Personal Assistant to Managing Director
  • Need to be able to accommodate unusual business hours to account for time differences
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Secretarial, Advertising / Media, Mass Communications or equivalent. Preferably Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in PA position / Related Industry
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess strong Analytical and Presentation skills
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication
  • Ability to work independently and multitasking
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative (Must be able to think out of the box)
  • Below < 35 years
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Remuneration Package:
