Job Description


  • Good communication in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Both verbally and in writing.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft office and other productivity tools.
  • Good driving skills.
  • Highly organized, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Able to attend events and be available when needed.
  • Ability to cope and work efficiently.
  • Will organize and process important documents and information to ensure the confidentiality of information.
Responsibilities
  • Make travel arrangements, may need to drive on some occasion.
  • Follow to meetings, prepare agendas, presentation slides, take minutes, and assist in organizing and executing meetings and conferences.
  • Arrange schedule & follow up for reminder.
  • Produce reports, translate, presentations and briefs.
  • Reply emails, answer calls or whatsapps.
