As part of our rapid expansion, we seek for suitable candidates to join us as: PERSONAL ASSISTANT Responsibilities
- Assisting the directors activities including appointment and meeting are schedule, arranged, executed and follow up daily.
- To support daily administrative work, office work and ensure smooth running of daily operations of company.
- Assist directors in day-to-day tasks.
- Attending to key meetings and prepare minutes.
- To answer all incoming calls.
- To receive all company documents including email and letters.
- Undertake special assignments and related duties as specified by directors.
- Open for Malaysian citizen only.
- Age 24 years old until 30 years old.
- Must possessed at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate in Secretarial and equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in related position.
- Able to understand and communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
- Good in MS Office.
- Advantages given to whom with Admin and Human Resources background.
- Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics and integrity.
- Able to multi-tasks, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset and self-motivated.
- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel.
- Must able to drive.
- Able to start work immediately
