Job Description


  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (eg., Microsoft Office, Excel, Words andPowerPoint) and experience
  • Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Has own transport and willing to travel from time to time
  • Positive work attitude and willingness to take challenges.
  • Have car license and can drive
Responsibilities
  • Manage Director\'s Daily Task
  • Assist Director in performing administrative and secretarial
  • Maintain accurate calendars with an understanding of prioritizing important duties
  • Arrange & schedule work appointments,meetings, travel itinerary & hotel accommodation and to handle all private & confidential matters relating to the Director
  • Provide full range of confidential personal assistance to Director
  • Prepare written documentation, presentations & business proposals for the Director in Excel and/or PowerPoint.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc function and related duties as and when required by the Director
