-Provide administrative support to the Managing Director including Managing meetings schedules, meetings minutes, correspondences, reports, travel arrangements, and handling private & confidential matters -Coordinate and conduct inter-department meetings on behalf of the director -Prepare official letters to authority departments or banks -Issue and follow up claims with all the banker on a timely basis -Performing other duties as assigned by the Managing Director / Manager. -Maintaining best business practices, etiquette, and presentation Job Requirements -Candidate who possesses at least Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Secretarial or equivalent discipline is preferable -Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) -Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia -Independent and self-driven personality -Willing to travel with and on behalf of the director when necessary. -Possess own transport -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
