Are you organized, efficient, and a great communicator? Speed Sign, a leading Advertising/Marketing company in Puchong, is seeking a dynamic and talented Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives\' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
- Conduct research and compile data
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
