  • Deal with daily administrative, operational and secretarial tasks of the Executive Director\xe2\x80\x99s office such as screening and attending calls/e-mails, scheduling appointments/meetings, maintaining diaries, file management, preparing claims, coordinating accommodation/travel arrangement, visa application and itinerary to support Director office operation.
  • Facilitate the organizing of communication/meeting sessions of Directors with internal /external parties and ensuring all meeting sessions are well taken care of.
  • Assist the Director in researching and following up with the action on matters which fall within the Director\xe2\x80\x99s responsibility \xe2\x80\x93 chasing responses, and triggering follow-up action.
  • Organize meetings for Management staff on behalf of the Director
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • To take notes, write, edit and disseminate information through, letters, emails, minutes of the meeting, memos, and itineraries in English.
  • Prepare documents, briefing papers, and reports for the Director.
  • Execute and organize documentation including recording, movement, tracking, and retrieving records promptly.
  • To maintain the utmost level of professionalism when dealing with highly and strictly confidential documents.
  • Coordinate and manage Directors\' official activity including company events, business activities and any ad hoc requests to ensure tasks are completed in timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in general administration/clerical support functions.
  • Strong in office administration and records management with general administration/clerical experience.
  • Familiar in using Microsoft Word and Excel, and Power point.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin language skills.
  • Reliable and able to maintain highly confidential information.
  • Resourceful, proactive person with a sense of urgency, tolerance and flexibility.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
