Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide full admin and secretarial support to the Executive Director
- To provide admin service including diary management, booking meeting, planning events and dealing with correspondence
- Keep the Executive Director well informed of upcoming commitments and follow up appropriately
- To attend, take minutes and produce reports as and when required
- To handle all aspect of personal work of the Executive Director
- To liaise with client, suppliers, contractor, and any other person involved in projects and staff of company group which fall within the Executive Director responsibility
- Coordinate travel arrangements, inclusive air-ticket, itineraries, visa, hotel accommodation and maintain travel voucher and records
- Maintain Executive Director office system, including data management and filling
- Processing credit card/petty cash claim
- Assist in researching, assemble information and following up actions such as responding to queries and chasing responses
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Executive Director
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualification:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good command of English and computer skills
- Mature, flexible, resourceful and independent
- Tactful and discrete in dealing with confidential information
