:

  • Responsible in managing the Director\'s day-to-day administrative and operational matters
  • Assist Directors to communicate and coordinate with related business parties
  • Perform personal assistant duties such as handling calls, appointments, correspondences, emails, travel arrangements etc.
  • Manage calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing urgent matters
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the Director.
  • Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Accountable to follow through all matters requiring execution of action plans and ensuring the team achieves tasks\' deadlines.
  • Performing secretarial and administrative duties, including managing of taxes, licenses, insurances, etc.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
  • Accompany Director as per requested, to attend business event / meeting client while recording notes and messages
What Is Required?
  • Candidate must have at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Ability to travel as needed, including weekend travel when required
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to organize and plan own work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to priorities and re-priorities.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Language required: English & Bahasa)
  • Able to communicate and interact effectively with all level of employees.
  • Preferably single status and look presentable
  • Female candidates only
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts
  • Familiar with basic Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • At least 1 year working experience and age between 25 and below 40
