Personal Assistant To Director

Job Description

  • Provide office administrative and secretarial supports to the director on daily basis and be able to contact during non-office hours.
  • Handling the personal and P&C matters for the director.
  • Maintain strict confidential and interact professionally with all levels of managements, directors, business partners.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by time to time.
  • Assist for daily office activities and company operations.
  • Coordinate household needs.
  • Drive as needed both in Klang Valley and when travelling.
  • Independent & high efficiency.
  • Self-driven, take initiatives & responsibilities in handling director\'s tasks.
  • Must have own transport.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum 1 year working experience as Personal Assistant (or any other relevant jobs)
  • Willing to travel and work during weekend/Publich holidays when required.
  • Proficient in spoken and written: Tamil, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Able to multi-task and work under high pressure.
  • Good communication skills, excellent planning and organization skills, great problemsolving skills.
  • Tactful, hardworking, trustworthy, mature and able to maintain CONFIDENTIALITY at all time.
  • Fast learner, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines and objectives.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
