:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
Organize and coordinate international and domestic travel itineraries, visas, and accommodation.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Accompany the Director on business trips and long-term overseas assignments.
Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams across multiple countries.
Ensure smooth communication and workflow on behalf of the Director.
Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels and transportation.
Maintain an organized filing system for digital and physical documents, ensuring easy information retrieval.
Draft and proofread emails, memos, and others documents.
Prepare presentation, reports and spreadsheets.
Assists with planning and executing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Plan, organize and coordinate company events, meeting and conferences.
Arrange logistics, catering and other event-related details.
Assist with personal tasks such as making reservation and coordinate personal appointment and commitments.
Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Computer literacy : Must know to use MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL AND OTHER RELATED.
Age : 21 years old - 35 years old
Minimum education of at least SPM / Diploma or Bachelor in related field / Professional Certificate.
Have own transport.
Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
Need someone who has good discipline and attitude.
Must have experience as PA / Admin / Sales at least 1 years above.
Can communicate in Malay, Mandarin, English
