Job Description

Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality.
Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Assist in project follow-ups and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:



Female candidate preferred, age below 50.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
