Job Description
- Beauty Savvy (Latest profile pic needed) & Well-versed with Latest Social Medias (Tiktok, Xiao Hong Shu, Douyin, IG, FB) as Clinic deal with Artists & Influencers
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
- Updated with latest trends, fashion, technology.
- PC literate. Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. High integrity and able to keep information confidential
- Creative and able take high quality pictures & videos.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and Patients Appointments
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Suggesting ideas based on the latest trends
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Collating and filing expenses
- Being involved in decision-making processes
- To handle all aspect of personal work of the Dr
- Monthly income up to RM3000*
- 6 Working Days a Week
