Aligning company\'s regulations, guidelines, and policies

Carry out administrative or personal work on behalf of the MD which includes being the point of contact between the MD and the clients
Research, identify, and develop new business/market opportunities
Assist management in devising business plans and goals
Responsible for scheduling appointments/meetings and taking minutes of meeting/itinerary and general correspondence
Ability to organize in-house and external events/conferences
Assist director for daily office activities or operation
Demonstrates an ability to interact with persons of all backgrounds, cultures, and affiliations within all levels of business entities
Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required
