Job Description


DescriptionPrimary Objective:\xef\x82\xb7 To promote various types of life insurance products by Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd under the exclusive Bancassurance Partnership between RHB Bank and Tokio Marine\xef\x82\xb7 To professionally sell a wide range of Banca products to existing and prospective customers\xef\x82\xb7 To achieve sales/ revenue target assigned by the Bank and contribute towards the achievement of the overall branch targets\xef\x82\xb7 To maintain regular contacts with customers to develop relationship for cross-selling.\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in branch/region/ Bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and pro-actively, execute sales plan, cross selling, up selling and engagement with customers for retention and referral\xef\x82\xb7 To source and upgrade qualified customers as New-To-Premier customers (Only for S4 position)
Key Responsibilities:Sales Planning & Activities
\xef\x82\xb7 Promote, introduce and market a range of Tokio Marine\xe2\x80\x99s life insurance products to Bank\xe2\x80\x99s customers (including Whole Life Plan, Endowment Plan, Medical Plan and Investment Linked Plan)
\xef\x82\xb7 To perform needs based selling by understanding customer\xe2\x80\x99s financial goal. Protection need, savings, education, medical and retirement savings.
\xef\x82\xb7 Brief and ensure customers understand the insurance plan features, charges and prepare quotations and explanations of products disclosure
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist customers in handling premium payment, policy enquiry, policy servicing and claims related matters.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank\xe2\x80\x99s leads (LMS) and self-generated leads
\xef\x82\xb7 Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at branch/region on sales activities/ campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan and identify cross selling/ up selling to increase customers\xe2\x80\x99 PHR and revenue
\xef\x82\xb7 Set appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customers
\xef\x82\xb7 To proactively source and upgrade New-To-Premier customers (Only for S4 position)
Sales Management
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship to foster closer relationship and referrals
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns
\xef\x82\xb7 Comply with CPD hours and to ensure completion rate of CFF forms
\xef\x82\xb7 Compliance to Bank\xe2\x80\x99s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethicsRequirementsRequirements:
Diploma - .\xef\x82\xb7 Min 1 years sales experience preferably in Banca/ Wealth products with FIs\xef\x82\xb7 Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Possess relevant licenses required for the portfolio
