D-G-08 & D-G-09 (Ground Floor) Huni Square, No. 8 Persiaran Setia Damai, Eco Ardence, Seksyen U13, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor.

The primary role is to assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right products, while consistently providing

exceptional customer service

Job Responsibilities

Stock & Maintenance:

Responsible for stocking and maintaining product shelves in assigned sections.

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Product Expertise:

Offer information and recommendations on over-the-counter medications and health products.

Transactions:

Perform cashier duties, accurately handling both cash and credit card payments.

Cleanliness:

Ensure the outlet area remains clean and hygienic.

Other Duties:

Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum

SPM qualification

. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Ability to commit to retail working hours, including

weekends and public holidays

. Good communication and strong customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle a fast-paced environment.

Full-time or part-time position available.
