Job Description

Responsibilities



Create and maintain the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments

Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence

Make travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and transportation

Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events

Take notes during meetings and presentations

Draft reports, presentations, and other documents

Conduct research on behalf of the manager

Collect and file the MD's expenses

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint design and formatting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong understanding of administrative best practices and office management.

Knowledge of business correspondence and document formatting.

Experience in minutes writing and report preparation.

Interested in Arts, Cultural & Design

Ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
