Kelayakan

• Min SPM or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals to locate the most optimal route. .
• Able to work at night when needed or on off day.
• Willing to drive long-journey/outstation when needed.
• Punctual and reliable.

Tanggungjawab

• Drives Managing Director to client, consultant and/or site meeting in a timely and safe manner.
• Follow office schedule for picking-up, dispatching and delivering office and/or site documentations/drawings in a timely and safe manner.
• Deliver documents, parcel or packages to client or consultant office in a timely and safe manner.
• Sort and distribute mails to respective department or person-in-charge.
• Perform office related errands such as to post office, bank and any other related authorities as and when required.
• Pick up office purchases or other administrative needs.
• Provide office administration support as needed.
• Perform basic car care such as maintaining internal and external cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Ensure the Company vehicle has sufficient petrol and enough air pressure for all tires at all times.
• Perform basic car maintenance such as checking car radiator, lubricating and engine oil.
• Ensure the Company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing or traffic summons.
• Transport client from airport to hotel or worker to respective assigned location (if necessary).
• Any other related jobs as assigned.
