Product Strategy: Developing and implementing product strategies aligned with overall company goals, identifying growth opportunities, and making strategic decisions.
Market research: Conducting market research to identify customer needs and market trends in collaboration with the Distribution team.
Product development and launch: Create new Personal Lines products, review product specifications, and ensure that they meet customer needs. Planning and executing product launches, developing sales training and communication materials, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a successful launch.
Product management: Managing the lifecycle of insurance products, including monitoring performance, analyzing data, and making recommendations for product improvements or retirements.
Regulatory compliance: Ensuring that all insurance products are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Team management: Leading and managing a team of product development professionals, collaborating with other departments, and fostering a positive work environment.
Collaboration: Building relationships with external stakeholders such as regulators, industry associations, and partners to develop innovative and customer-centric insurance products.
Data analysis: Conduct product-related data analysis to make data-driven product decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
Possession of a university degree, preferably in insurance-related fields and/or Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration
Good analytical, communication, and project management skills
High level of competency in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
