Position : Training Specialist

Company Industry : Pharmaceutical

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)

Working Location : The Pinnacle, Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor,

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Basic RM 2,300 - RM 2,800 (depend on performance & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• A minimum of a Degree from Science and Art stream.
• 0-2 years of relevant working experience in a system analyst position is preferred.
• Meticulous, pay attention to details and have a good follow-up with customers.
• Good communication skills in English.
• IT savvy and comfortable working on the computer to provide backend support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage internal customers request in SUMMIT (e-learning management system) through
• Execute the in-scope transaction directly in SUMMIT
• Close transaction and close ticket within agreed Service Level Agreement in SUMMIT.

• Perform analysis on customer request trending and identify root cause and solution to address/reduce the high trend requests.
• Provide guidance and/or direct customers to other groups with regards to SUMMIT E-learning Management System.
• Liaison and inform the Pharma Quality System team if there is an audit/inspection request raised by internal customers.
• Support in manage and prioritize customer requests, and internal business needs to improve processes and provide customer value.
• Ensure compliance of all processes and procedures, associated documentation, and validation execution as well as guarantee that all areas are ready for Food & Drug Administration (FDA) inspection and other audit in addition to local regulations and international standards and guidelines.
• Assists the local deployment of new LMS platforms to develop and implement enhanced training capabilities, standard methodologies, and technologies.
• Demonstrate independent understanding and application of core GMP fundamentals, including but not limited to: Data Integrity (DI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs), Train-theTrainer (TTT), Training Within Industries (TWI) and others.
• Supporting in requests which to meet the annual aligned Goals, Objectives, and Compliances.
• Performs other work-related activities assigned by supervisor.
