Overview: We are seeking for a pharmacist with strong leadership skills to serve as the Clinic Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day administration of multiple clinics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive patient experience. Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance to clinic staff for optimal patient care and medication management.
Collaborate with doctors to enhance clinical services.
Administrative Oversight: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Develop and implement administrative policies to improve efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure clinics adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Implement and monitor policies to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Financial Management: Work with finance teams to develop and manage clinic budgets.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor clinic staff for a collaborative work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in pharmacy
  • Experience in pharmaceutical management and clinic administration.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic technology proficiency for administrative tasks.
