Physiotherapy 1: Conduct allied health screening via Phone 2: Analysis client allied health service reports to make appropriate referrals or recommendation for service e.g. Client under fall risk should have physio or/and EP service, Podiatry regular appointment, orthopedic footwear, Dietician and occupational therapy service 3: Coordination between our current allied health staff 4: Seeking funding approval for different allied health service 5: Assisting with appointment booking 6: Assisting with quality control and case review Benefit
