that specialises in rehabilitation and comprehensive senior care services. Their mission is to enhance the mobility, independence, and quality of life of elderly residents through expert physiotherapy and holistic care.

Physiotherapy and Care Services Manager

Responsibilities Overview:

Physiotherapy Services

Conduct physical and mobility assessments for elderly residents Design personalised therapy plans to improve function, strength, and mobility Provide treatments including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management Monitor and document resident progress, updating care plans as needed Guide families and caregivers in safe handling and mobility techniques Educate care staff in fall prevention, safe transfers, and assistive equipment use Maintain complete and accurate therapy records

Operations & Administration

Manage daily centre operations and ensure efficient workflows Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures Handle scheduling, payroll coordination, budgeting, and inventory oversight Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to meet care needs Maintain therapy equipment and facility safety

Team Leadership & Training

Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team (nurses, caregivers, therapists, admin) Provide ongoing training, appraisals, and performance feedback Encourage a collaborative, respectful team environment

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Deliver high standards of personalised elder care Plan wellness activities supporting residents' overall health Respond to feedback and resolve concerns effectively Work closely with healthcare providers to coordinate care Ensure adherence to regulations and licensing standards Lead internal audits and inspections

Financial Oversight & Community Relations

Assist with financial planning and cost control Review billing accuracy for therapy and care services Liaise with families, partners, and the community to strengthen service delivery Promote the centre's mission through outreach and engagement

General Support

Participate in management review meetings Take on tasks as delegated by senior leadership

Candidate Requirements:

Degree in Physiotherapy At least 2 years clinical experience, including 1 year in a leadership role Geriatric therapy experience is highly preferred Proficient in elderly rehabilitation, mobility enhancement, and fall prevention Leadership and team coordination skills Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff Familiarity with EMR systems is a bonus

Languages:

Bahasa Malaysia (Required) English (Required) Mandarin (Preferred)

Salary:

RM6,000 - RM7,500 per month
