Responsible on delivery schedule for entire order to ensure jobs done within customer required date.
Delegate and organize department workload according to responsibility or project assignment.
Conduct projects status updates meeting with project leader and production leader to ensure all job assigned done within schedule time.
Conduct production schedule meeting to optimize the production capacity utilization.
Managing and arrange with logistic department for shipment list.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and provide feedback on customer issues.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely and friendly manner.
Tracking customer requests and providing input for improving customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service. (Preferred)
Fluent in English, Chinese & Malay (speak, read and write).
Ability to pay careful attention to detail, to work effectively within a team environment, to exercise tact, discretion, and confidentiality, and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
