We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Planner Executive to support our Production and Sales teams. In this role, you will ensure smooth and efficient planning of materials and production activities for our cosmetic manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional departments, suppliers, and customers to optimize planning, improve coordination, and ensure timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, and Procurement teams to develop and execute material and production planning strategies.
Forecast material and production requirements based on confirmed orders, sales projections, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials and packaging components.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels; analyze demand patterns and adjust plans proactively.
Identify potential supply chain or production bottlenecks and implement preventive solutions.
Maintain accurate records of material orders, goods received, usage, and stock movement.
Work with Sales and Account Management teams to understand customer requirements and provide timely updates on order and production status.
Support internal communication between departments to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery.
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving planning accuracy, and optimizing inventory turnover.
Prepare planning reports and key metrics for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in planning or supply chain management, preferably in the cosmetics or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and anticipate operational needs.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in supply chain or production planning software, and strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
