Job Description

Responsibility : 1. To manage raw and packaging materials to keep in optimum level, main duty for this position is to generate Purchase Request according to quantity required, Planning team have privilage to perform analytical exercises on shipment & sales trend, lead time, sales order record, bill of materials (BOM) and storage consideration. 2. To trigger and discuss with Purchasing Dept. on minimum order quantity and lead time delivery of materials in order to meet production usage, sales order shipment date required and comply with good warehouse practice pattern materials 3. Lead the packaging materials phase in and phase out (PIPO) activities, chair the PIPO meeting & prepare minutes of meeting, also product enhancement and new product launching progress for factory. 4. A communication with all related departments and every level of staff is require in order to ensure materials supplies according to schedule. 5. To act the change request and do arrangement to meet the management objective Requirement : - Good in calculation and able to work under pressure. - Able to communicate with all level within the organization. - Good internet and computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Open Office & Excel -Can read and written in English & Malay. -Knowledge in ERP or MRP will be an advantage. Professional Qualification or Educational Requirements : -Bachelor\'s Degree, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in related field (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistic) Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM2,200.00 per month Benefits:
