Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to potential customer leads
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Assist Manager on agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other respective departments
• Assist the Manager to analyze the market\xe2\x80\x99s potential, track sales and status reports
• Assist Manager by providing with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior

Requirements and skills

• Proven 3 - 5 years work experience as a Sales Assistant/Executive in FMCG/Retail
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Business/ Sales or any related field

Job Type: Part-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:

• FMCG Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Export Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
