Join us today! https://www.mfm.com.my/careers/ To do Weekly Planning based on forecast receive from Sales team every Friday and to monitor Sales ordering information on time (by daily & weekly). To do daily production planning (Batching, Pelleting, Packing & RM usage) plan based on Daily Sales one day before running production. Must be ready at 3pm every day. To establish the Production Schedule sequence and lead time of each operation to meet delivery dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. To check and monitor inventory stock for Raw Material & Finished Product to ensure the availability of the stock at the optimum daily level. Ensures all parties are fully cognizant of production status ensure work planning and execution objectives are integrated & communicated. Monitor production results and ensure on-time delivery according to sales forecasts or customer orders and appropriate inventory levels. To create active formula at Thaisia system (TAT SmartView) and monitoring the implementation of the new formula with NO Error. Then remind Formulator for the meeting before start using the new formula. To compile daily report (Batching, Pelleting, Packing and Intake) every day before 12pm for yesterday Plan vs Actual. Analyzes backlog and capacity utilization. Any other lawful tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
