Job Description

• Inclination to desk work and good with computer software (experience with planogramming software is preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep track of schedules and formats
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word are necessary

• Works with the category managers to understand the weight of the category for store display; then develop, manage and recommends zoning and space allocation for stores.
• Provides inputs to larger-scale projects such as remodels and new store openings, updating floorplans, monitoring shelving changes and planogramming space
• Work closely with Supply Chain Managers in confirming the ranging of the SKUs to determine positioning and space allocation for the SKUs in accordance to sales and profit generation.
• Maps out assortments by fixture with the category managers and maintain optimal stock level in outlets
• Independently develop, document and manage planogram updates for their respective category assignments
• Builds relationships with assigned suppliers to Align with brand design objectives and support Product Presentation standards and meet financial goals
• Update & maintain consistency and accuracy of data in planogram databases.
• Communicate and update store team members on the changes of planograms as and when applicable to ensure effective implementation of space planning
• Serves as a liaison between other retail functions of the business to implement seasonal changes.
• Liaise and coordinate with Operations Team on transfer and order of stocks for new and refurbished stores.
