We are looking for a Plant Controller to for a MNC Manufacturing company in Kulim/ Penang Your new company This multinational, high-end manufacturer is famous for its aspirational and exceptional products. Its office in Kulim /Penang offers a world-class working environment with hybrid working flexibility. Due to market growth, a permanent Plant Controller is needed to join the team. Your new role Reporting to the Plant Controller you\'ll be responsible for Well experienced in plant controlling - working capital, margin, cost, production order variance, under/over absorption, utilisation, Good process improvement experience - implementing improvement or corrective plans of action, and monitoring further development. Involve in yearly financial planning, quarterly forecast, and calculation of hourly rates, ensuring financial goals are aligned with operational objectives. Manage fixed asset, including conducting solid financial analysis for investments Ensure compliance with all financial, accounting, and internal policies and procedures. Assists in all plant internal and external audits. This is an all-round position with a focus on plant control. You\'ll be working as a solo contributor handling FP&A and Costing. This person will be involved in the setup of a new plant in Kulim, Kedah. This role will be temporarily seated in the Penang Plant. What you\'ll need to succeed Min. Bachelor\'s degree in accounting. Professional Qualifications preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in plant controlling/ FP&A, preferable in a manufacturing environment. Strong financial analysis and attention to detail. Good command of English language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
