Develop best practices and implement routine checks on infrastructure e.g. electrical, mechanical, fire life safety systems. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor, check and ensure all routine services, preventive & predictive maintenance and calibration to systems and equipment are done correctly and timely as per schedule. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for plant electrical system, planned, operate, safety precautions and carry out work such as preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and repair maintenance for high voltage transformer, high voltage switch gear, switch room, power generator and building \xef\x82\xb7 Periodically check and ensure all documented specifications are updated. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage and supervise contractors in alternations, construction, renovations and repairs of company-wide facility systems \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that all contractors and vendors on site are aware of and adhere to all company safety procedures/rules and that they signify by signing the proper documentation. \xef\x82\xb7 Interface with other departments, contractors and suppliers on all facility related matters. \xef\x82\xb7 Assist in the department budget process and audits to ensure that goals are met. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for effective communications levels and fosters team building. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for adherence to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards. \xef\x82\xb7 Participate actively and contribute positively in resources conservation programs (power, water and other resources) to ensure operation of all activities conform to company environmental, health and safety policy. \xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate and recommend upgrading in facility equipment including housekeeping building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with design, construction, modification, and maintenance of building, equipment and machinery within the plant. \xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with local Authority like BOMBA, DOSH, DOE to ensure all standards and regulations are followed. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide leadership in achieving safety goals. Ensure on-going safety awareness and ensure that various environmental and safety regulatory requirements are adhered to. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to develop/ maintain facility engineering drawings, operation manual and SOP. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain records and prepare reports and correspondence related to the work. \xef\x82\xb7 Lead, manage and coach a team of facilities technicians in providing day to day operational support, PM\xe2\x80\x99s and undertaking projects. \xef\x82\xb7 Periodically check and ensure all documented specifications are updated. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct the subordinate performance appraisal, preparing yearly budget, identify training need analysis of identified subordinate and monitor KPI achievements.
