• Supervise and manage production operations by conducting daily performance monitoring of key metrics such as productivity, delivery service, quality, and first pass yield (FPY), particularly focusing on Production/Manufacturing & Operational output.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving production processes and fostering staff development in accordance with the Operations & Logistics strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and guidelines to uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Uphold an organized work environment with a primary emphasis on safety.
• Liaise with the planning department regularly to align expectations on a daily and weekly basis.
• Oversee recruitment and termination procedures for production personnel.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or equivalent (a Master\'s degree is advantageous).
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Six Sigma/Lean Operations to drive operational excellence.
• Experience in establishing operations and driving yield and output objectives.
• 10-15 years of overall experience in electronics manufacturing (with at least 5-7 years in managerial roles).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is desirable.
• VDA 6.3 Process Auditing certification is highly advantageous.
• Ability to effectively coach, lead, and mentor a substantial team of Operations engineers.
• Experience in overseeing safety protocols is beneficial.
• Strong English communication skills are essential for collaborating with global teams and internal stakeholders in Europe.
