- Manage a concrete tile manufacturing plant in Malaysia, including main tile and fitting production lines.
- Develop strategies and plans to meet the country\'s budget and mid-term business plan, focusing on safety and zero defects.
- Set and communicate strategies for all plants and empower plant/line managers.
- Promote innovation, enforce PDCA processes, and ensure manufacturing excellence.
- Strengthen the end-to-end supply chain by collaborating with other functions (PLW, Sales, Marketing, Commercial).
- Lead Capex projects and drive engineering to meet requirements.
- Identify and implement Capex projects and improvements to enhance cost efficiency, productivity, and meet BSI targets.
- Experience in the construction materials or concrete industry.
- Proven leadership and motivational skills for managing a diverse team.
- Managerial or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic and proactive management approach.
- Knowledge of SAP/SPC is an advantage.
