An industry leading metal stamping and fabrication company is looking for Plant Manager! (Kedah) Your new company Your new company is an industry-leading metal stamping and fabrication company based in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Your new role You will be responsible for overseeing three plants in Sungai Petani, responsible for a team of around 1,000 employees, have around 8-10 direct reports. You will be looking after Production, Quality, Warehouse, Safety, Logistics & Maintenance departments. You are expected to be quite hands-on to manage factory employees with a good number of foreign workers in the factories. What you\'ll need to succeed You will need to have experiences in: Experience in metal stamping / fabrication is a Must-have Experienced in running overall factory operations We are looking for someone who is disciplined and structured and have strong work principle and integrity Communication skills are key, both to plant employees and senior leadership of the company. Ability to speak in English and Bahasa is a must, ability to convert in Chinese or Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.
