You will be responsible for the overall operations of the company\'s Malaysian business, with full accountability of the manufacturing plant and relevant functions within. You will lead the business in-line with the company\'s overall goals and implement effective strategies to ensure sustainable growth and success.

• Hold accountability for Supply Chain, Production, Commercial, Finance and HR.
• Ensure efficiency within plant operations in-line with social responsibility, safety and regulatory standards through local initiatives.
• Optimise the cost per case through productivity targets and production plan compliance.
• Drive capability building and the digitalisation of manufacturing processes, with up-to-date best practices and emerging trends.
• Identify and drive growth opportunities for the business.
• Create a working culture that emphasises teamwork and responsibility.

• Minimum of 15 years\' experience in the food manufacturing industry, with tenure(s) in senior leadership positions.
• Held P&L responsibility in previous and/or current role.
• Background in technical roles (e.g. Supply Chain, Production/Manufacturing, Ops)
• Prior experience in Malaysia or surrounding Southeast Asian region (i.e. Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia).
• Prior international exposure in European OR American markets (i.e. foreign markets).
• Track record of developing and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Effective communication ability across levels and departments.
